What the studio offers

The studio's classes lean toward breathwork, meditation and the salt cave session itself. Breathwork and meditation appear regularly alongside parent and child sessions, so the schedule holds a range of stillness-focused options rather than one style of practice.

The Salt Cave session at 45 minutes is the core experience of the space. The guided meditation with breathwork and the Mommy & Me class each run an hour, giving longer time to settle in.

How the week runs

Most sessions take place around midday, and starts often fall at noon, 1pm, 3pm and 4pm. A smaller share of classes begin in the morning and in the evening, and weekends account for about a third of the schedule.

Friday, Tuesday and Sunday are the busiest days. Because the schedule begins at 10am and ends at 5pm, it works well for anyone who can step away during the day.
