Ballet based movement and its classes

The studio's identity comes from its founder, Alexander Zhembrovskyy, and from his career as a professional ballet dancer. ZhemFit is the signature practice, a full body workout built on the fundamentals of ballet. ZhemFit Light offers the same approach at a lower intensity, and floor barre trains the ballet muscles with extra attention to the core and legs.

Alongside these, the timetable includes pilates, which concentrates on strengthening the body with emphasis on core strength, and stretching, which works on general agility and releases the muscles.

When classes run through the week

Classes are spread across the day, with about a fifth in the morning, a fifth around midday and about a third in the evening. The studio does not open before 9am. Weekends carry about a third of the week, and Saturday, Tuesday and Friday are the busiest days.

Most people practicing here come in for the classes between 9am and 5:15pm, or in the evening. The pointe class is a shorter 30 minutes, and the rest run for an hour.
