What the classes look like

Vinyasa is the style that appears most often, alongside gentle classes and sweat-focused sessions. Hot yoga, hatha and yin each have their place on the timetable, and a few classes pair movement with sound baths, breathwork or meditation. Most sessions run for about an hour.

The classes are led by a couple of dozen facilitators. Lindzi Novak, Jo Haecker and Jenny Doughty lead many of the sessions, and Kelly West, Marla Elejarza and Tylee Personett also teach regularly.

How the week runs

Morning classes are the backbone of the week, many of them starting at 6am or 9am. Midday and evening classes, with the latest starting at 7:30pm, fill the rest of the day. Weekends are quieter, with only about one in ten classes falling on a Saturday or Sunday.

The studio is in the Georgetown part of the Austin area, so people coming from the surrounding neighborhoods tend to plan their practice around the morning and evening slots.
