What the studio teaches
The studio is a Pilates space built around the reformer. Nearly all of its classes are Pilates on the reformer, and most work the core and pelvic floor with a strong, steady pace.
Classes come in three levels: beginner, intermediate and advanced. More than half are pitched at people with some experience, and about a fifth are open to a first class ever, so a newcomer can start where they feel comfortable.
How the week runs
Most classes run in the morning, and about a fifth start before 9am. The busiest start times are 8:30am, 9:30am, 11:30am and 12:30pm. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday carry the most classes, and midday sessions make up about a fifth of the schedule.
Evening classes and weekend classes are not part of the timetable. Classes run about an hour, and a handful of facilitators lead them, with Jessica Winters teaching the most.
