What the studio teaches
Most of the classes here are yoga, and vinyasa is the style that comes up most often. Hot yoga is common as well, and many of those sessions are labeled as sweat classes. Hatha, gentle hatha and warm and gentle hatha give a slower way into the same poses.
Yin and yin yang fusion are part of the week, along with a few restorative and release classes that focus on stillness and breath. Somatic breathwork and energy release is a longer session at 90 minutes, and it sits apart from the physical styles.
When to practice
Classes are spread across the day, with about half in the morning and about a third in the evening. Start times cluster around 9:30am, 11:45am, 1:30pm and 6pm, so there is usually something on a lunch break or after work. The earliest class begins at 6:30am, and the latest at 7:30pm.
About a fifth of the classes fall on weekends. Many people come on Tuesday, Monday and Friday, when the schedule is fullest. Most classes last about an hour.
