What the studio practices
Pilates is the backbone of the timetable at Truecore Fitness, making up about a third of all classes. Alongside it you will find a smaller group of yoga and barre sessions, with vinyasa, hatha and hot yoga for those who want variety in how they move.
The studio also runs a range of strength and conditioning classes, including BodyPump, BodyPump Heavy, TrueSculpt and Hot Sculpt, as well as TrueRide for cycling. Core and pelvic floor work, mobility sessions and a few meditation and restorative classes round out the offering.
