What the studio offers

The Cycle Station offers a range of practices across its schedule. Yoga is the largest group, with classes like Sunset Yoga and Weekend Reset Flow. Strong and flow classes sit alongside spin sessions such as Monday Madness, Savvy Sunday Spin and Throw Down Thursday, and strength work like Strength and Tone, Spin and Weights and Core and More.

The studio is a good fit for someone who wants variety in one place, moving between cardio, strength and slower practice across the week.

How the week runs

Most classes are scheduled in the evening, with the busiest start times at 6pm, 7pm, 5pm and 5:15pm. Earlier sessions begin at 6:30am, and a smaller share of the week falls on weekends, with about a fifth of classes on Saturday and Sunday.

Jonathan and Halle lead the most classes, and the facilitators work across the range of practices rather than specializing in one.

Are there early morning classes?

Yes, the classes run early as well. The earliest starts are at 6:30am, and about one in ten classes begins before 9am. The studio is most active in the evening, though, so mornings are the quieter part of the week.

When do most people practice here?

Most of the classes are between 5pm and 7pm, and the busiest days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule, with Savvy Sunday Spin and Saturday Celebration Spin among them.

What kinds of classes does the studio offer?

How long are the classes?

Most classes last 45 minutes, which is the typical length. Core and More is a shorter 30 minute class, and Sunset Yoga runs a full 60 minutes.
