What the studio offers
The studio offers a broad mix of practice. Yoga includes hot yoga, vinyasa, power yoga, slow vinyasa with deep stretch, warm vinyasa and yin or restorative classes. Pilates appears in several forms, including a tower class, a 3:3:3 format and core and pelvic floor work. Barre, kettlebell training, HIIT and cardio fitness sit alongside them.
Classes are mostly 45 to 60 minutes, with yin and restorative sessions running longer at 75 minutes. The range lets a practitioner move between intense and restful work across the week.
Facilitators and getting started
A couple of dozen facilitators lead the classes, and Kimberly Purdy, Michelle Pollard, Traci Peters, Melessa Snyder and Renee Glass teach the most sessions. Classes are taught in English, and no pass is needed to book, so a single class is a simple way to get a sense of the space.
The early start at 5:45am and the busy 6am slot make the studio especially suited to anyone who practices before the working day begins.
