What is practiced here

The studio centers on vinyasa, a flowing style where each movement is linked to the breath. Many classes are marked soft, slow or gentle, so they suit people who want to move without a strong push. Alongside these sit restorative classes that use long, supported holds to release tension, especially in the neck, shoulders and back.

The Yoga for BACK & SHOULDERS class works on the spine and the upper body, and Strength & Mobility focuses on the areas that tend to be overstretched while building steady strength. The prenatal and postnatal class follows the changing body, and breathwork and Core and pelvic floor classes appear in smaller numbers.

How the week runs

Evenings carry most of the timetable, with the Vinyasa AFTER WORK and Vinyasa SLOW FLOW classes offering a way to unwind at the end of the day. Morning classes start around 9am and include the more dynamic Vinyasa MORNING FLOW. The studio is in Niederschönhausen, and the classes are taught by a small team, with Nora, Sara and Petra leading the largest share of sessions.
