Reformer and mat Pilates

Reformer Pilates is the core of the studio. A beginner class introduces the machine gently, focusing on technique and the basic principles of Pilates. Experienced students move into reformer classes that build on those foundations and keep adding new challenges.

Reformer sweat and burn combines dynamic flows with targeted strength work for more power and stability. Mat Pilates sits alongside the reformer classes, with an emphasis on precision, strength and stretching that suits beginners and advanced students alike.

Classes for parents and shared practice

charles offers a parent-and-baby mat class of 90 minutes, shared with your baby and friends, with room to pause when needed. A prenatal reformer class adapts the work to pregnancy, focusing on controlled strength, and postnatal classes continue that thread.

The Sunday Breakfast Club pairs an hour of Pilates with breakfast afterward, and a bring-your-partner session lets a friend or partner try the reformer alongside you.
