Pilates and reformer work

The studio's classes are built around Pilates, and reformer Pilates in particular. Its reformer classes move between stations in groups of up to four people, using Stott Pilates and Merrithew reformers along with a Unitwall. The work centers on the core and pelvic floor, and the Pilates classes describe the practice as a grounding strength training for many kinds of movement.

Power yoga and vinyasa

Yoga here is dynamic. Power yoga and vinyasa flow are the main styles, and they carry an athletic, flowing pace. These classes sit alongside the Pilates work on the timetable, and they draw a smaller share of the studio's classes than Pilates does.
