Movement built on anatomy

The studio's focus is on movement that starts from the body's anatomy. Hatha yoga combines with spiral dynamics elements, so a class can move from breath and stretching into strengthening and alignment. Back, core and pelvic floor work appear often, along with some strength training.

All classes are open to all levels, and the sessions run mostly in the morning, with the first starting at 8:45am and the last at 11:15am. Wednesday and Friday are the days when most classes take place.

Support after birth

Postnatal training is a central part of the offer. Sessions focus on functional recovery, pelvic floor strength and posture, with the levator ani integrated into the work. The classes take place in person in the Kreuzberg courtyard or online, so people can return to practice at a pace that suits them.
