About DIVINE DANCE Concepts

DIVINE DANCE Concepts sits in Hakenfelde, in the west of Berlin, and its week is built around the evening. Most classes fall after work, with a steady run of starts between 4pm and 7pm. Dance and movement carry most of the timetable, from heels and show dance to oriental styles, alongside Pilates, stretch and core work. The studio is a place to move in your own body, at whatever level you bring with you.

What the studio offers

The studio's classes lean toward dance and body-focused practice. Show dance, oriental fusion, belly dance and sensual dance flow give dance-led ways to move, while Pilates, Yogilates and stretch and glow focus on posture, flexibility and core strength. Core and pelvic floor work is one of the most common themes, and several classes address the neck, shoulders, hips and back.

How the week runs

Most of the week runs in the evening, with the busiest starts between 4pm and 7pm and the heaviest days on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Mornings and midday have fewer classes, and there are no sessions before 9am. Weekend classes are few. The studio also runs a kids dance club for children from age 8, and classes for pre- and postnatal women.
