Classes built around prevention
The studio focuses on prevention, so much of the timetable is built around strength, back and joint work. The MedicalMove classes appear in several levels, from a gentle start for beginners to intensive back training for people with back or posture concerns. Mobility and fascia classes are also on offer, along with strength classes that address bone health.
Pilates is part of the mix, with some classes done barefoot on the mat and others that combine Pilates elements with strength work. A few yoga classes round out the range.
How the week is shaped
Most of the week's classes fall in the evening, with a good share in the morning and only a little during the middle of the day. Several classes start in the late afternoon and early evening, and the busiest start times are around 6pm and 7pm. Weekend classes are a smaller part of the schedule.
For a first visit, a gentle or all-levels class is a clear place to begin. The studio offers a free trial session, which is a simple way to see how the classes feel before committing.
