moksha circle is a yoga studio in Berlin where most of the week's practice is yoga, led by a group of about ten facilitators. Classes lean into the evening, and the studio's schedule moves from gentle flows and back-focused sessions to power yoga and advanced practice. Many classes are open to all levels, and the studio also trains new yoga teachers, whose graduates lead their own first classes.

What the practice covers
Yoga is the core of the studio, and most of its classes sit within that practice. The range runs from Morning Power Yoga Flow, an energetic start to the day, to Gentle Yoga Flow, which moves slowly with soft transitions and more room to feel the body. Back Balance focuses on the back, posture and stability, while Somatic Breathwork | Nervous System Reset puts the breath at the center of the practice.
The studio also offers Deep Practice | Advanced Yoga for experienced practitioners, with asana, pranayama, mantra, yoga philosophy and meditation. Basic Yoga gives a structured introduction for beginners and anyone who wants to deepen the fundamentals.
How the week runs
Most classes run in the evening, with the busiest starts at 6pm, 4:30pm and 5pm. Morning classes are a smaller part of the week and begin as early as 9:30am, and there is a weekend schedule as well. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday carry the most classes.
After the practice, Chai & Chat offers a short, relaxed time to talk, either as a continuation of your class or as a separate visit. New Teachers Class, led by graduates of the studio's teacher training, is another way into the schedule.
