The timetable leans toward the start of the day, with yoga and vinyasa making up much of what is offered. Gentle flow, chair yoga and tai chi sit next to barre and strength work, so a visitor can find a practice that matches their energy that day.

What the studio offers
Yoga and vinyasa make up a large share of the studio's classes, with about a fifth of the timetable each. Slow flow and slow vinyasa flow are the gentler versions, and they run at about an hour. Barre, mobility and stretch, and strength classes fill out the rest, along with flow, gentle and strong classes that vary by energy.
Tai chi with Lenny, chair yoga and strength and stretch give the studio a wide range. A newcomer can start with a gentle class and move toward strength or barre as they settle in.
Timing and who leads
Most classes take place in the morning, with about a third starting before 9am and the earliest at 7am. The busiest start times are 8am, 10:30am, 5:30pm and 6:30pm. Weekend classes make up about a third of the timetable, so the studio also works well for practice on a Saturday or Sunday.
About ten facilitators lead the classes, and Laura Lee, Kerri MacPherson, Lauren McMorrow and Jennifer Bartlett teach the most. Lisa Chandler, Marlene and Lenny Sprague also have regular classes on the schedule.
