What the studio is built around

The studio's schedule is built around strength. Group Strength and Metabolic Conditioning are the classes that run most often, and both are about 45 minutes long. Strong sessions make up most of the remaining timetable, so the week is mostly about lifting, conditioning and building work capacity in a group setting.

Yoga is present but limited. Yoga for Performance is the class to look for if you want to bring some mobility or recovery work into your week, and it runs a little longer at 60 minutes.

How the week runs

Mornings carry most of the week. Start times cluster at 5am, 5:45am, 6:30am and 9:30am, and the busiest days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Evening classes are fewer, about one in ten, with the latest start at 6:30pm. There are no midday classes, so the day here starts early and tends to finish before the evening rush.

Weekend classes are a small part of the schedule. Ladies Night and Cole Night at Lifted are among the longer or more specific sessions on the timetable, at 90 minutes and 60 minutes respectively.
