What the classes are

The heart of the timetable at Truth is yoga. Vinyasa flow classes move through the breath in sequences, while yin and restorative classes stay in longer, quieter holds. Yoga sculpt adds more strength to the practice, and a number of classes bring together strength and balance.

Beyond yoga, the studio also offers pilates, with mat classes that focus on strength, balance and control, and a pilates class built around strength and balance in 45 minutes. Tai chi and qigong, meditation and roll and restore round out the choices.

How the week runs

Most classes at Truth run an hour, and they begin in the morning, when more than half of the timetable falls. The earliest class starts at 9am, and the busiest starts are at 9:30am and 10:30am. A smaller number of classes start in the middle of the day, and about one in ten falls in the evening, with the latest start at 6:45pm.

The weekend also has a place in the schedule. About a fifth of the classes run on Saturday and Sunday, including Serenity Sundays, a meditation class that runs 75 minutes.
