What the classes are
The timetable at Atha leans heavily on Pilates. Reformer and mat classes sit at the center of it, and many of them are described as strong or as working the core and pelvic floor. Barre Pilates appears too, along with a smaller set of yoga classes, including balanced yoga flow and sunrise yoga.
The quieter side of the schedule is made up of meditation, yoga nidra and restorative sessions. These are few in number but give a different pace, with a free 15 minute meditation and a restore and relax introduction to yoga nidra among the options.
How the week runs
