What is taught here

Pilates is the heart of the studio. Reformer classes make up more than half of the timetable, from Classic Reformer and Reformer Box + Bars to Reformer + Jump Board, and mat work such as Classic Mat and Mixed Mat & Tower fills out the rest. Many classes name core and pelvic floor work directly, and more than half are described as strong.

Alongside the standard reformer work there are a few classes with a different feel. Contrology Circuit, Pilates Playground | Tower + Roller and Mixed Mat & Tower move between equipment, while Mat Class | Postpartum Restore is built for people in the postnatal stage and is labeled restore.

How the week runs

Most classes run in the morning or at midday, with about a third starting before noon and about a fifth at midday. Early starts begin at 7am, and a few classes start before 9am. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday carry the most classes, and the busiest start times are 9am, 10am, 11am and 4:30pm.

Evening classes are fewer, about one in ten, and the latest class starts at 6:30pm. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the week. Most classes are 60 minutes long, and the lunchtime reformer class is shorter at 30 minutes.
