A heated, sweat-forward practice
Most of what this studio offers is yoga, and most of that is hot vinyasa for all levels. Hot yoga sits at the center of the timetable, with a strong emphasis on sweat and a steady flow from one posture to the next.
Alongside the vinyasa, the studio runs yoga sculpt, a strength-focused style that adds light weights and sustained holds, and a set of strong and flow classes. A smaller group focuses on core and pelvic floor work, and Pilates appears throughout the week.
How the week runs
Classes begin as early as 7:30am and run into the evening, with the latest starting at 6pm. More than half of the timetable falls in the morning, and about a third of classes begin before 9am, which suits anyone who wants to practice before work.
The busiest start times are 8:30am, 9am, 5pm and 6pm. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday carry the most classes, and a small number of sessions run on weekends, including a Sunday reset flow.
