The studio's core is the megaformer Core class. Most of the schedule is built around core and pelvic floor work with a strong, energetic feel, and the classes usually run about 45 minutes.

Alongside these you will find a set of yoga, Pilates and reformer classes. Vinyasa, Ashtanga and breathwork sessions give the week more range, and the hour-long classes give a slower, more connected pace.

How the week runs

Classes run from as early as 5am through to 7pm. Mornings hold most of the schedule, and the busiest start times are 6am, 8:15am and 9:15am. Weekends are a smaller part of the week, with about a fifth of classes falling then.

Tuesday, Monday and Friday are the busiest days, so booking ahead on those days can make sense.
