What Lagree is here
Lagree is the core of the studio. The classes are built around a slow, controlled movement on the Megaformer, a machine that adds resistance through a carriage. Most sessions run about 45 minutes, and Lagree-Full Body is one example of the format on the schedule.
The pace is deliberate rather than fast. Each movement is held and repeated, so the work is steady and the focus stays on form.
When classes run
The studio's schedule leans toward the start of the day. More than half of the classes fall in the morning, and about a third begin before 9am. Early starts come at 5am and 7am, with 9am and 10am among the busiest start times as well.
Evening classes are fewer, roughly a fifth of the total, and the latest class begins at 8:15pm. Midday is quiet, and weekend classes are about one in ten.
Who leads the classes
Roselle | Glow Lagree is a small operation with a team of about ten facilitators. Ariana N, Megan S, Gabby V, Sophie W, Edyta R, Makenna R, Elizabeth S, Jenna V, Gosia A and Jocy C lead the most classes, so a regular student tends to work with a consistent group.
No class in the coming weeks is offered on a pass, so each session is booked on its own terms.
