What the studio practices
Yoga is the core of what tribalance offers. The hot yoga sessions are the most distinctive part of the timetable, and balance-focused yoga follows close behind. Alongside them sit strength and conditioning, springboard pilates in small groups, mat pilates and pilates barre fusion, so a week can move between slow stability work and more active sessions.
For slower days there are restore, gentle, restorative and yin classes, as well as yoga nidra. Women's wellness is offered as a small group class, and total body barre gives a more sculpted option.
How the week runs
Most classes sit in the morning, with about half of the week starting before noon. Evenings carry about a third of the classes, and weekends make up about a fifth. Classes can start as early as 6am and as late as 8pm.
The busiest days are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Facilitators including Alyssa Leahy, Jenny Grief, Jeremy DeMaria, Joe DeMaria and Shawn Buckel lead many of the sessions, so the same faces tend to return through the week.
