What the studio offers
Reformer is the core of what Shyft Pilates offers, and most of its classes use the machine. Mat classes make up a smaller part of the timetable, with strength and Pilates fusion among the names on the schedule. Among the reformer classes, you will find mixed level and support sessions, a class labeled sculpt for intermediate students, and an intro to reformer class for new clients only.
Most classes are strong, and about a fifth focus on core and pelvic floor work. Within the studio's offer, the mix of body focus and energy means one class can feel very different from the next.
