Pilates, yoga and strength
The studio's pilates is taught in groups of up to ten people, with a range of levels from beginner to experienced. Classes on the allegro reformer teach the handling of the carriage, springs and straps step by step, and mat sessions use the classic pilates basics with many variations. Smaller equipment such as balls, bands, circles and foam rollers is often used.
Beyond pilates, the timetable includes yoga, including vinyasa and hatha, along with strength circuits, core and pelvic floor classes, and a fitmom circle for mothers from the postpartum period onward.

The studio is set in Frechen, at Von-Klespe-Straße 7, and works with a small team of facilitators who each lead their own classes.
