A heated practice in many forms
Hot yoga is the most common style at zenetixx, and it appears in a good share of the timetable alongside hot power pilates. The Movement is a 60 minute vinyasa flow class that builds strength and balance, and it is offered in both German and English. Hot sculpt: full body uses light weights, high reps and constant tension, with yoga recovery flows in between.

The busiest days are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, and the popular start times cluster around 6:30pm, 5pm and 8pm, with a smaller number of classes at midday. Weekend classes are a small part of the schedule.
