Most classes at AIRobics fall in the evening, with starts clustered around 4:45pm to 7:15pm and the busiest days early in the week. Mornings and midday are quieter, and weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable. Classes usually last an hour.
The studio's offering centers on mobility and stretch, with a steady share of strength work and a smaller number of courses aimed at the back and hips.
Aerial, dance and stretch
AIRobics has a range of aerial courses on the pole, hoop and silk, with the hammock also part of its offering. Choreography courses and dance classes like Lyrical Dance and Lap Dance Mini Choreo sit alongside them. Beginner and intermediate levels are both available, and many classes are open to all levels.
For a first visit, the studio's description suggests starting with a beginner course on one apparatus, such as Hoop Acrobatics or Silk Acrobatics, and moving to choreography once the basics feel secure.
