A strong morning practice
Most of the classes here are vinyasa yoga, and the practice has a strong, flowing character. Classes open with a long, gentle mobilization of the body, then move through dynamic sequences where each posture is linked to the breath. The morning flow classes are led by Nicole and are built to wake up the body and the mind together.
The classes are open to all levels, so you can come with some experience or as someone still finding their way into the practice.
When and how classes run
The studio's classes run mostly from 7:30am to 9:30am, with the typical class lasting about an hour. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are the days when most practice takes place.
Some sessions include mobility and stretch work, breathwork or meditation. Anyone who wants a slower, more focused morning can look for classes built around those elements.
