SOMA Space sits in St. Pauli and offers a mix of yoga, breathwork and sound in one studio. Most of its classes are evening sessions in English and German, many of them built around slow strength, calm and the way the body settles after a working day. Sound baths and gong sessions sit alongside vinyasa and yin, so a visit can move from movement to stillness within the same week.

Yoga, sound and breath
Yoga leads the schedule, from strong, structured sessions such as Strong Back Yoga to slower practices like The Poetry of Yin & Sound. Vinyasa appears in several forms, including Spicy Vinyasa and Strong Vinyasa, and hatha classes focus on balance and alignment.
Sound and breathwork form the other side of the studio. Sacred Sanctuary and the multi-instrument S(o)unday Immersion use gong and bowls, while Breathwork: Nervensystem Reset offers a calm, focused hour at the end of the day. Facilitators including Orny, Max, Valentina, Carli and Toni lead many of these classes.
