Class Description: Join in for 30 minutes of advanced classical matwork. This class will take you through all planes of motion and through most of the advanced mat exercises in the original and classical repertoire. This class is for teachers and advanced students who are already familiar with the advanced classical matwork. What you need to join: a mat. Information: This class may be taken at the time it takes place or by recording if you can’t make it live. By registering for this class, you are agreeing to be recorded as a participant.
