In-Studio Reformer & Magic Circle Class Weekly Class Single Class: $40 (expires in 1 month) Package of 5: $190 (expires in 2 months) This class is 45-50 minutes. This class takes place in person at the Rhinebeck Pilates studio. This class is not available as a recording. Class Description: This Authentic Pilates class will focus on classical reformer work, along with magic circle work that takes place off the reformer. You will benefit from the resistence work with the reformer and the lift, strength, and postural work with the Magic Circle, all with a smooth flow. With in-person guidance from our experienced teachers, you'll get the most benefit possible from the apparatus and studio setting. Do I need prior pilates experience for this class? In order to take this class, you will need to have classical pilates reformer experience. Because this class takes place on the reformer, you must have experience on the reformer with the classical pilates method before joining the group. If you are a beginner and want to take a reformer class, please sign up for one of our Beginner Tower & Mat Classes, or take a few private sessions, until you have more experience with the method and apparatus. We do not recommend this class, or any group class, to anyone with an acute or current injury, or if you are pregnant and do not already have a steady pilates practice in place. All classes and sessions have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
