Not In-Studio Baby Chair Class Rotates on the Schedule Single Class $20 (expires in 1 month) $15 with 10 Pack of 30 Minute Classes Recording available for 7 days if you can't make it at the time class takes place. Class description: This 30 minute class will focus on classical pilates Baby Chair exercises, many which are adapted to the Baby Chair from other apparatus around the studio. The Baby Chair is an amazing apparatus for strengthening your whole body and improving postural awareness and understanding how to relates to and enhances the depth of your practice throughout all the pilates systems What you need to join: a Baby Arm Chair. Information: This class may be taken at the time it takes place or by recording if you can’t make it live. By registering for this class, you are agreeing to be recorded as a participant.
