Not In-Studio Toe Corrector & 2x4 Class Special 3 Week Series: $60 9/24, 10/1, 10/15 (No class 10/8) Single Class $20 $15 with the 10 Pack of 30 Minute Classes Recording available for 7 days if you can't make it at the time class takes place. Class description: This class will include vintage exercises with the Toe Corrector that have not yet been taught in our virtual classes and that were only recently discovered. For 30 minutes we will use the toe corrector and the 2x4, and then put it into action on the mat. This class is not only an amazing workout in itself, it also builds a foundation of incredible strength and precision that carries through your regular practice across the systems. What you need to join- a toe corrector, a 2x4, and a mat. If you don’t have access to a 2x4 you can also use a thick book, a moon box, or the pedal of an electric chair. This class may be taken at the time it takes place or by recording if you can’t make it live. By registering for this class, you are agreeing to be recorded as a participant.
