Pilates at the core of the timetable
The studio is built around Pilates. Reformer classes are the most common, with Saige Reform Foundations for first-timers and Saige Reform Intermediate for those with a solid base. Mat classes cover the same ground without equipment, from the slow, precise Saige Mat Classical to the controlled, low-impact Saige Mat Strength, which focuses on long holds and slow burns.
Alongside Pilates there is a smaller group of yoga and movement classes. Saige Vinyasa Yoga moves with the breath in a fluid, uplifting flow, while Saige Mat Stretch is slow and restorative, built for releasing tension and resetting.
How the week runs
Most classes take place in the morning, with a steady run of evening sessions and a smaller number at midday. The busiest start times are 8am and 9:30am in the morning and 7pm and 8pm in the evening. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the timetable.
The typical class lasts 50 minutes, with some shorter sessions of 45 minutes. There are no passes, so each class is booked on its own.
