Heated vinyasa and slower practices

Vinyasa flow is the most common style at Yoga Bliss, and about half of the classes are taught heated at 80 degrees. Poses link to breath and movement, and sessions usually open with sun salutations before moving into heat-building sequences. A few classes blend the two approaches, such as Vinyasa Flow + Yin / Deep Stretch, which starts with an active flow and closes with long-held supported poses.

For a quieter pace, Yin / Restorative and Candlelight Flow & Restore offer long holds and calm, restorative poses. Yoga Nidra, Meditation + More and Somatic Breathwork give the schedule a more inward focus, with guided rest, silence, breathwork and music.

How the week runs

Classes are spread across the morning and the evening, with about a third of them starting in each. Weekends make up about a fifth of the schedule. The busiest days are Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and the busiest start times cluster around 4:30pm, 6pm and 7:15pm, with a steady block at 9:30am.

The studio's facilitators include Lara Estrada, Jennifer Winther, Meghan McCabe, Karen Chen and Nadia Pack, who teach the largest share of the classes. Yoga Bliss also offers Reiki & Restorative Yoga and prenatal sessions for people who want something specific.
