What the classes cover

The studio is built mostly around Pilates, with dozens of classes in a typical stretch. Strong classes make up most of the timetable, and many focus on the core and pelvic floor. Glutes and core, Total Body Burn and Foundations show the range, from demanding sessions to a steadier introduction.

The calmer side includes Stretch and Release, Flexibility and a gentle set of classes. A 50+ Pilates class is offered for people 60 and over, and a small number of vinyasa and Sunday yoga classes sit alongside the Pilates work.

When and with whom

Classes start as early as 6:30am and run through 7:30pm. Most fall in the evening, and the busiest start times are 5:30pm, 6:30pm and 7:30pm, with Tuesday, Thursday and Friday carrying the most sessions. Mornings also have a steady share, and weekends offer a smaller set.

Around ten facilitators lead the classes, including Annika Waddell, Sanjana Kalia, Amanda Gemon and Tara Monforton, who teach the most sessions. Classes are 50 minutes long.
