TruBliss Yoga Studio sits at the back of a unit on Highway 2 in Courtice, just east of Toronto, so the studio is a short trip out of the city. Classes are a mix of hot vinyasa, warm flow, yin and gentle movement, with a clear focus on sweat. Many sessions run in the evening, and the schedule also leaves room for an early start.

What the classes are like
Most of the classes are yoga, and about a third are hot yoga or vinyasa. Many of the sessions are built around sweat, with warm energy flow and core flow classes that keep the body moving. Hot vinyasa flow is one of the most common options.
For a quieter pace, the studio offers yin, restore and restorative stretch classes, along with gentle movement and mobility work. Warm pilates and core and pelvic floor classes give a different way into strength and control.
How the week runs
Classes are spread across the day, with about a third in the morning and about half in the evening. The earliest start is 9:30am and the latest is 8pm, and most classes run for about an hour. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday carry the most classes, so these are the days with the most choice.
The studio does not offer classes before 9am and has no weekend classes in the highest share, with about a fifth of its schedule falling on weekends. Classes are led by about ten facilitators, and the studio uses a handful of spaces across the Courtice area.
