When classes run

The studio's timetable is built around the morning. Most of its classes fall before noon, and a large share begin before 9am, with popular starts at 6:15am, 10:15am and 11:15am. Evening sessions are fewer, and the latest class begins at 7:30pm.

The busiest days of the week are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Weekend sessions are present but make up a smaller share of the schedule.

What the classes are

The core of the studio is strength work under The KF Daily, including Full Body, Legs and Glutes, and Upper and Core sessions. Alongside these are Mobility and Restore, Yin Yoga, and Stretch and Release classes that focus on the upper body. Some sessions have a calm or focused feeling, while others are built around strength, flexibility and release.

Peer-led KeepFit Walks offer a different pace, running for an hour outside the usual 45-minute format.
