What the practice is like

Most of the schedule is yoga, and power yoga and vinyasa each appear in about half of the classes. Strong classes are common, while gentler options such as slow mo flow, yin and restore are offered less often. Flow classes and hatha complete the picture, so a regular practice can move between effort and rest.

Some classes add sound. Yin and sound, flow frequency and sound baths use gong and bowls, which gives a different texture to the hour on the mat.

How the week runs

Most classes are scheduled in the morning, and the earliest starts at 6am. The busiest start times are 9:30am, 6am, 6pm and 4:30pm, with Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday the busiest days. A smaller share of classes fall in the evening and on weekends, and there are few or no classes at midday.

Most classes run for an hour, and a few yin sessions last a little longer. The classes are led by a team of about ten facilitators, with Chloe, Shawn, Jo and Loella among those who teach the most.
