How the week runs

The studio's timetable leans toward the morning. Most classes run before midday, starting as early as 6am, and busier start times cluster around 6:30am, 9:30am and 11am. A few sessions take place in the middle of the day and about one in ten in the evening, the latest beginning at 6:30pm.

The classes are short. Most run about half an hour, which makes it easy to practice on a lunch break or before the rest of the day begins.

What the classes are

About half of the classes are strong, energy-focused sessions, including strength circuits and cardio work. Balance classes make up a smaller share, and the physiotherapy-informed PHYSIO: Bones & Balance class is one example. Mint wellbeing does not offer a pass system, so each class is booked on its own.

The studio is a handful of facilitators strong, and Mairi, Jasmin, Julia and Sara lead the most classes. Their sessions are a good way to get a feel for the studio's approach to strength and balance.
