What the short classes are

The short format is the defining feature here. Most classes run 45 minutes, and a number of Lifestyle Pilates sessions run 50. That length makes the classes easy to slot into a morning or a lunch break.

Most of the energy is strong work. Pilates appears in about half of the classes, and reformer is a common equipment choice. Core and pelvic floor classes come up often, along with strength sessions and hot yoga for those who want heat.

How the week runs

Mornings carry most of the week. More than half of the classes start before noon, and busy start times include 9am, 10am, 11am and noon. Some studios open as early as 5:30am, and the latest starts are at 8pm.

Thursday, Monday and Friday are the busiest days. Weekend classes exist but are fewer, so planning around a weekday morning is the simplest way to find a full range of options.
