How the week runs
The schedule runs mostly in the morning, with the earliest class at 9am and the latest at 6pm. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday carry the most classes, and the busiest start times are 9am, 10am, 11am and 5pm. Evening and weekend classes are fewer, so the morning slots are where most of the week's practice happens.
Classes last about 50 minutes, a length that suits a lunch break or an early start before the day gets busy.
What the classes cover
Strength is the most common focus, with about half the classes built around it. Strong classes and flow classes form the energy of the schedule, and core and pelvic floor work runs through several sessions. Pilates is a steady thread across the timetable.
Levels are clearly marked. LIFESTYLE Strength & Stability is open to all levels, while FOUNDATION FLOW is for levels 1 and 2 and LIFESTYLE Power & Precision for levels 2 and 3. Intro to Pilates is the place to begin for anyone who has never tried the method.
