Strength and structured movement
Strength is the backbone of the timetable here. Strong classes make up about a third of what is on offer, with strength-led and core and pelvic floor sessions alongside them. Pilates and reformer work also run through the week, and a handful of yoga, vinyasa and barre classes add variety for those who want something more flowing.
The classes are mostly 60 minutes long, which gives each session room for a full warm-up, a main block and a cool-down.
When classes run
The studio's schedule leans strongly toward the morning. More than half of the classes start before noon, and about a fifth begin before 9am. The busiest start times fall between 8am and 11am, while the afternoon and evening are lighter. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday are the busiest days, so those are the times to plan ahead for.
The latest class starts at 6:30pm, so evening practice is available but less common than early practice here.
