Yoga Hell in Petaluma is built around heat. Hot yoga, Bikram and hot Pilates fill most of the timetable, and much of the week starts early, with a good share of classes before 9am. The schedule is wide, with well over a hundred classes across a handful of studios, so there is usually a session to fit a morning or an evening.

What is practiced here

Hot yoga and Pilates shape the timetable here. Hot yoga is the most common style, and Bikram and bikyasa add a more structured, sequenced way of practicing in the heat. Hot Pilates runs alongside them and is one of the most frequent formats, with many classes focused on the core and pelvic floor.

Alongside the heated classes you will find gentler options: yin yoga, restorative sessions and a smaller set of calm-focused classes. Strength and a few DJ-led sessions round out the range.

How the week runs

More than half of the classes are in the morning, and about a fifth start before 9am. Evenings make up about a third of the schedule, while midday has no classes at all. Weekends are lighter, with about a fifth of classes on Saturday and Sunday.

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday carry the most classes. Start times cluster around 9am, 11am, 5pm and 5:30am, and the day runs from 5:30am to 8pm.
