What the studio offers

Most of the classes here are reformer Pilates, and nearly all of them carry a strong, energetic feel. Core and pelvic floor work runs through most of the schedule, and a few classes focus on strength. The sessions are 50 minutes long, which makes the studio easy to fit into a working day.

The names show the range: JETSET Reformer and JETSET PRO50 for the full reformer practice, JETSET Lower Sculpt and JETSET Upper Sculpt for targeted work, and JETSET Foundations for building the basics.

How the week runs

The studio runs a full week with classes from 6am through 8:30pm. About half of all classes fall in the morning, and about a fifth take place at midday, in the evening and on weekends. Many classes start before 9am, and the midday slots at noon, 11am and 10am are also popular.

The team of about ten facilitators spreads the teaching across the week, with Lili, Yesenia, Setai and Jenny among those who teach the most classes.
