How the week runs

Infinite Training is a small studio on Rue Morgan, in the residential part of Baie-d'Urfé. Its classes run in the morning, and the earliest and latest starts both fall at 9am, which keeps the rhythm of the day simple and predictable.

Saturday is the busiest day, and nearly all of the studio's classes take place on weekends. Practice here fits well into a slow morning rather than a busy weekday.

Classes and facilitators

The classes are about an hour long, and a handful of facilitators teach across the studio's schedule. Steve van Wyk leads more of the classes than anyone else. The Crosstraining Blast, a 60-minute class, gives a clear sense of the format the studio favors.

The studio does not offer drop-in passes, so each class is taken as a single booking on the studio's own terms.
