What the studio offers
The studio is a Pilates space in Châteauguay, on Boulevard Maple. Most of its classes are Pilates, with a smaller share given to core and pelvic floor work and a few classes for experienced practitioners. The studio is a close-knit place, with a team of about ten facilitators.

Levels and how to start
Levels are clearly marked, from fondation débutant (niveau 1) to intermédiaire (niveau 2), with débutant PLUS (niveau 1.5) and full body 1.5 in between. Tous les niveaux classes allow mixed groups to practice together.
A newcomer can begin with the foundation or beginner classes and move up as the work becomes familiar. Classes are taught in French, and the studio does not sell passes, so each class is booked on its own.
