Pilates at the core
Pilates is the center of the timetable, and the studio offers it in several forms. Classic Pilates follows the traditional method of Joseph Pilates, with focused work for the deep muscles that support stability and balance. Pilates for all gives a fuller workout for the body's core, while a more intensive class is for those who want to push their own limits. On the reformer, classes combine circuit work with springboard exercises for cardio and strength.
For those who want variety, the studio also blends practices. A Pilates flow mixed with yoga brings together stretch, strength and stability, and a Pilardio and barre class combines cardio with small choreography and classical ballet music.
Strength, yoga and gentler work
The studio is also a place for people who want to build strength and endurance. Cardio Bodystyling trains the whole body with weights and resistance bands, and Full Body Workout aims to build endurance and power through a combination of strength and cardio. Yoga is offered in a dynamic Vinyasa flow that links breath and movement, ending with a calming relaxation.
The gentler sessions suit those who want a slower pace. Stretch and Relax works on flexible muscles and fascia with simple yoga elements, and the back-focused movement class for older participants starts the day with light cardio and gentle strength work.
