Its group classes, called XS classes, run in a small, private setting, and the timetable leans toward strength, Pilates and core work rather than long, slow practice. Mornings and evenings hold most of the classes, and the facilitators come from a team of a couple of dozen.

Strength and Pilates at the core
The strength side of the timetable is broad. Iron Strength, Deep Strength and Cardio Strength build muscle and stamina in group settings, while TRX & Strength uses suspension bands for stability and flexibility. Kettlebell & Barbell Strength and Bodyforming add structured, full-body work for anyone who wants to progress with weights.
Pilates is equally present, with Functional Pilates blending classic Pilates with functional movement, Spicy Strength Pilates adding a strength circuit, and End Of The Day Flow offering a slower session focused on breath, mobility and core control.
Levels and the shape of the week
Most of the classes are described as suitable for all levels, which makes the studio a practical place to start. Classes in core and pelvic floor work make up about a third of the timetable, and the gentler options include mobility, stretch and fascia-focused courses such as Faszien - Shape and Relax.
The classes run most often in the morning and evening, with a handful of midday options. Many people plan a session around work, so the earlier and later start times are an easy fit.
